Carolyn Ballantine and Lea Davis have been the Australian coordinators of the Helping Artist Program for DecoArt® since 1997 - They are involved in the publication of Books for Decorative Artists in Australia and Internationally. Both are highly talented and well respected  teachers of Painting and Techniques for  Decorative Artists and  have been published many times
